Take the next step toward the change you’ve been wanting
Welcome, I’m glad you’re here—this can be a space for you to begin.
Therapy is a space to slow down, organize your thoughts, and begin to make sense of what you’ve been carrying.
Have you been thinking about starting therapy, but feeling unsure about where to begin? Do you wonder if you’ll find someone you can truly connect with or feel understood by? Taking this step can feel like a lot, and you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. I’m here to support you through these first steps and meet you where you are.
Many of the clients I work with are used to showing up for others and handling responsibilities in their day-to-day lives, but internally feel overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, or unsure of how to set boundaries, especially within family and close relationships. You might notice yourself questioning your decisions, feeling like you’re not doing “enough,” or struggling to balance your own needs with the expectations around you. Over time, this can begin to affect your relationships, your sense of self, and your overall well-being.
Together, we’ll begin to make sense of these experiences, such as identifying patterns, understanding what may be contributing to them, and building awareness around how they show up in your life. We’ll also focus on developing coping skills, strengthening communication, and finding ways of responding that feel more aligned with who you are and what you need.
I offer a space that is warm and collaborative in helping you better understand yourself, build confidence in your voice, and begin creating changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.
Let's work through what's been weighing on you
